Reversible Nuggetizer® Crusher in Morocco

A. This 2000 HP Williams Reversible Nuggetizer® Crusher is installed at a large cement plant in Morocco. The Williams #780 Reversible Nuggetizer® Impact Crusher is used as a primary crusher to reduce 40" limestone to a minus 1" product at 900 - 1000 tons per hour in an open circuit.

B. Shovel-loaded limestone and shale are fed to the Williams Reversible Nuggetizer® Impact Crusher by two Williams Heavy-Duty Steel Pan Conveyors. The end product travels three miles to the cement plant on a movable conveyor.
